Data is securely synchronized with a private cloud database dedicated to your work team.

User Access

The application uses role-based access:

Administrator
- Full access to team management.
- Can manage employees, attendance, shifts, and reports.
Employee
- Can access only their own attendance and related information.
- Cannot view other employees’ private records.

Data Usage

Your data is used only to provide application features such as:

Attendance management
Leave management
Shift scheduling
Monthly archive
Annual reports
PDF export
Excel export
Device synchronization

We do not use your information for advertising or marketing purposes.

We do not:

Sell your personal data.
Rent your personal data.
Share your data with third parties for marketing.
Use your information for advertising purposes.

Data is only shared between authorized devices belonging to your organization when synchronization is enabled.

Each employee uses a personal access code, while administrators have separate management privileges.

Your information remains stored until:

It is deleted by the administrator.
You remove it from the application.
Your organization requests deletion.
